Great Summer Breakfast

We love this granola with all the summer berries and a bit of yogurt or milk!

Granola - Bulk Vanilla Almond Quinoa

overall it is a good quality granola and I am enjoying it. It does have more of a salt taste than I prefer. But I am getting used to it.

Really great, but . . .

I was delighted to see our local grocery had added a new line of organic granola. I have enjoyed buying and baking granolas for years, but it's a lot of work to do it yourself so a nice array of organic varieties on the shelf is wonderful. Since this was new (to me) I bought three bags of the Ancient Grains with Vanilla Almond Quinoa. Overall the texture and clumpy texture is great. But maybe it's just me, but the overpowering flavor of salt in every bite was so disappointing. I need to try other ErinBaker's products and see if it is brand wide or just this one product. So I was bummed.
