Why Sprouted?
Nature has cleverly designed seeds and grains with a strong, protective outer barrier. When a seed germinates, or sprouts, that barrier breaks down and unlocks the energy and goodness inside, making sprouted seeds easier for us to digest. Plus, the action of sprouting works to increase the amount and availability of vitamins and minerals in the seed, making it even more of a nutritional powerhouse. Seeds really do hold the key to life, and sprouting unlocks their potential.
