This banana based treat is super simple to make! It's a gluten free, vegan, dairy free and guilt free ice cream recipe the whole family will love! You can add different ingredients into your 'nice cream' like chocolate chips, walnuts, berries, or even some fresh herbs like mint. Here's our 3 ingredient chocolate banana nice cream recipe to add between your Breakfast Cookie Mini for a delicious ice cream sandwich!
2 Frozen Bananas
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1.5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Slice bananas and freeze
- Add frozen sliced bananas, peanut butter and cocoa powder into high powered food processor or blender. Blend until smooth! If your blender isn't powerful enough to blend all of the way (like a thick smoothie) - just add some water or liquid.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer!
