Homestyle Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream Pie

Looking for a sweet, simple dessert idea to share with your Valentine? This no bake 3 ingredient ice cream pie is a must!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5QT ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 stick of butter or 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 (12oz) bag of Erin Baker's™ Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola

Steps:

  1. Take ice cream (or frozen yogurt) out of the freezer at least 30 min before making to soften.
  2. Melt butter or warm coconut oil.
  3. Mix butter with granola. Mash up all of the big chunks, then place granola mixture into the bottom of a pie dish and press to form crust. 
  4. Spread softened ice cream on top of granola crust.
  5. Place finished ice cream pit into the freezer for about an hour to firm up.
  6. Top with fruit for a finishing touch (optional).
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
